No Formal Event Past Events Oct 12 Education Event: "Government and Politics in New York City" By Special Invitation, YNPN-NYC was offered thirty seats at the Baruch College School of Public Affairs program: "Government and Politics in New York City," presented by veteran civic leader and former City Speaker, the Honorable Peter F. Vallone, Sr. "Government and Politics in New York City" explores the distinction between politics and government, media's influence on each, and the development of good government in a distinctly New York context. Wednesday, September 22nd: Say Goodbye to Summer Social About 50 YNPNers toasted the change of seasons as they mingled with likeminded peers from all facets of the non-profit sector at DBA Tuesday, July 13th: Resume Workshop A full house heard tips to improve their resumes and give a boost to their job search.   View the photos Wednesday, June 16th: Madama Butterfly on the Great Lawn We had a great time at 'the Met' Opera in Central Park - we dined and chatted on the Great Lawn, and then settled in to listen to a magnificent performance of Madama Butterfly. Tuesday, May 25th: Volunteers Networking We had a great turnout for our May Volunteers Networking event.
