Membership Information
YNPN of Greater Grand Rapids provides its members with professional development, social and networking events, and a support system of young professionals.  Members have the exclusive ability to view a listing of resources and access frequently updated job openings.

Professional Development Events
Throughout the year, YNPN hosts a variety of professional development programs and presentations.  Programs on how to build a professional resume, increase your social networking skills, and build your board leadership skills are just a few examples of what YNPN has to offer.  These programs are designed to build your skills to avoid burnout and create a successful career in the nonprofit sector. YNPN is committed to providing free or discounted professional development opportunities to its members bi-monthly. 

Social and Networking Events
Many nonprofit organizations are looking for professionals who have strong, established networks in the community.  It is essential for young professionals to build these networks.  YNPN's social and networking events are designed to help its members build a strong community network of their own.  YNPN is committed to providing social networking events to it's members bi-monthly. 

Support System
YNPN of Greater Grand Rapids is part of a national system of Young Nonprofit Professional Network organizations.  The national network, lead by a national board provides a strong link between young nonprofit professionals from coast to coast.  In Grand Rapids we are committed to connecting our members to this network and to creating a strong support system in our local community.  These connections create strong peer support networks.

Become a Member
Membership to YNPN requires yearly membership dues of $35 or $60 for two years.  This membership gives you free or discounted prices for all YNPN events, discounted prices for special Johnson Center workshops and seminars, and priority access to all YNPN social and networking events.
