Welcome to the home of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network.  The Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) has grown rapidly over the past several years, expanding to more than 20 chapters and 15,000 members. This rapid growth and the strong interest in developing the next generation of leadership in the sector demands greater investments in strengthening the YNPN network nationally.

YNPN National is committed to providing the investment needed to help young nonprofit professionals be successful in the nonprofit sector.  With the leadership of our local chapters, and support from our national board we believe together we can promote an efficient, viable, and inclusive nonprofit sector that supports the growth, learning, and development of young professionals. We will do this by engaging and supporting future nonprofit and community leaders through professional development, networking and social opportunities designed for young people involved in the nonprofit community.
