Catch YNPN at the Nonprofit Talent & Culture Summit

non-profit-hr-summit-logo_2.pngWe are excited to officially announce our involvement in this year’s Nonprofit Talent & Culture Summit! The Nonprofit Talent & Culture Summit is the only nonprofit-focused talent conference in the world, providing you with the tools and actionable ideas you need to cultivate, engage and sustain the talent that will help organizations achieve their mission.

This year, we are partnering with Nonprofit HR to put on the conference’s first Millennial UnPanel, which will give a voice and a stage to the next generation of nonprofit leaders. Rather than present on what “experts” claim is the future for the millennial generation, we’ll explore answers to that question directly from the source.

Emerging millennial leaders from several different nonprofit organizations will discuss their unique professional development needs and share ideas about what it will take to keep today’s top young talent engaged in nonprofit work. This is not an event to miss and we’re thrilled to host the panel!

Here are the details:

Millennial UnPanel: The Nonprofit Sector & The Millennial Workforce: Ready or Not, Here They Are!

3:45 PM, SUNDAY, APRIL 17TH

Presented by YNPN and Nonprofit HR

Believe it or not, today, 36 percent of the U.S. workforce is comprised of millennials, and by 2020, that number will reach 46 percent. In comparison, Generation X represents only 16 percent of today’s workforce. Millennials are crucial to the future of your nonprofit. What will it take for your organization and the sector at large to attract, retain and grow millennial employees?

In this engaging UnPanel session co-presented by YNPN and Nonprofit HR, we’ll explore answers to that question directly from the source. Emerging millennial leaders from several different nonprofit organizations will discuss their unique professional development needs and share ideas about what it will take to keep today’s top young talent engaged in nonprofit work.

PANELISTS INCLUDE:
